5. OFFER THE RIGHT COURSES

Prepare our students for the future.

Explore local businesses; specially bio and hi-tech, medical, manufacturing and the hospitality field to determine their hiring and training needs.  Partner with them to create curriculum disciplines and programs that provide efficient pathways to certifications or degrees that offer students careers in well-paying fields.

Make sure we have enough selections of critical courses for Associate Degrees for Transfer (ADTs) to the University of California and California State University systems.   Offer more courses with critical thinking skills, coding, app design, web site design, robotics, 3-D printing, computer languages, algorithms, and cybersecurity.
