Ensure the courses offered at Citrus are rich with value and provide the upmost opportunity for learning and comprehension. 

For students on a path to transfer to a four-year university, work with the University of California, California State University systems and Sacramento to get a clear, logical path for community college students to move into a four-year college.   Provide additional counseling and financial planning to assist their transition.
